Unblock specific URLS and Block everything else

New Around Here
I am trying to block internet access to my security cameras so that they can only be accessed from my Synology NAS. I can use the "Block Internet Access" feature, but the problem is that it also blocks the access to the NTP server (time.windows.com) that I need for syncing the camera time.

Is it possible to unblock specific URL for a device?

Very similar topic posted here with some ideas.

If the cameras are trying to access a certain website URL, you can install AB Solution and blacklist the URLs. Or, you can use opendns.com ddns service. It is a free service and all traffic goes thru opendns.com DNS servers. They give you the option to block specific websites as well as categories. This way the cameras can still access NTP server.

You can setup NTP on your router. I have not done this but these threads will explain it. Will need to install entware:
