have found a solution instead of pressing reboot button after power up press wps after it starts (poer led) flashing slowily flash merlin build into it, rellay it has been a nightmare but it does work, best resgards,

In this case you need to go back to the "basic rescue mode" as described here. :eek:
But you will need to search for a TFTP client for OSX to be used to transfer the firmware to the router.
And you will be confronted by the ugly command line (telnet session) on your graphically beautiful Mac... :rolleyes:

Before you go there: Did you try to reset the NVRAM? With the WPS button as described in the router's manual?
Maybe this will already solve your issue...
