Unknown Fortinet UI in local network

I've mistyped my Asus Router's UI IP and typed 192.160.50.1 instead of 192.168.50.1, I've reached what appears to be some sort of Fortinet interface. I don't have any Fortigates or Fortinet products in my network.
Anyone knows what this is?

192.160.50.1 is a public IP, not a LAN IP. It’s not in your network.

What confused me was that I couldn't access it from my phone when on mobile data
