Unstable v6plus connection on the RT-BE92U (dnsmasq?)

My IPv6 connection type is v6plus. I used to have a stable internet connection when I was using a Japanese Buffalo router, but after moving to the ASUS RT-BE92U, the connection seems to time out. I am using the latest official ASUS firmware 3.0.0.6.102_38961: https://www.asus.com/networking-iot...-be92u/helpdesk_bios?model2Name=ASUS-RT-BE92U In the system log I see the following messages:

dnsmasq: interface br0 failed to join DHCPv6 multicast group: Address already in use
dhcp client: deconfig
miniupnpd: cannot get public IP address, stopping

Is anyone familiar with these error messages and know whether the fixes in the Merlin firmware which would address this error?
