USB Flash Backup

What is the best way to setup a scheduled/cmdline USB flash drive backup to a Linux NAS?

I would suggest that you create a "services-start" script (https://github.com/RMerl/asuswrt-merlin/wiki/User-scripts) which contains a "cru" command to schedule the running of your own backup script.

Thanks Colin,
I installed rsync and created a script to copy to NAS. It prompts me for my NAS admin password, but I can live with that as want to backup before any changes made. Later I'll try to start it as a service to be able to set the password and define folders more specifically as some temp files shouldn't be copied.
