Use of multiple VPN servers at the same time? (RT-AC68U with 378.55)

Hi,
is there any possibility to use multiple VPN servers depending on the MAC address of a device? Not switching them manually back and force, but just using the automatic rules for it? Many thanks in advance for the answer!

I assume you really mean VPN clients, not servers.

Use DHCP reservations to ensure those clients always use the same IPs, and use policy-based routing (documented in the included README).

Yes, sorry, I meant VPN client (1 and 2).
I am trying to configure client 2 now as following:
Redirect Internet traffic - Policy Rules
Choosing source IP, and then I want to make it always use the routing rule for any destination IP. Tried "*" , but it doesn't work. How I could make it work then?
And what about client 1 - right now I have set the Redirect Internet traffic to "All traffic" - do I need to set the specific rules to use client 1 in the same way as client 2 or will it be just used if no policy for client 2 is found?

Just found this -

On the OpenVPN Clients page, set "Redirect Internet traffic" to
"Policy RUles". A new section will appear below, where you can
add routing rules. The "Source IP" is your local client, while
"Destination" is the remote server on the Internet. The field can be
left empty (or set to 0.0.0.0) to signify "any IP". You can also
specify a whole subnet, in CIDR notation (for example, 74.125.226.112/30).
