Used WRT-610N v2 @ 60USD...?

Looking for a dual-band simultaneous operation router with GigE switch. Someone is selling the 610N v2 (same as E3000, right?) at about 60USD. What do you think...?

Cool. But I forgot to state that I'm in Hong Kong...

Seeing that the one listed on Newegg is a "recertified" unit, I guess the price is about right. There doesn't seem to be many choices, if at all, with those requirements (simultaneous dual-band + GigE).
