VLAN router advice

I'm the owner of a small (30-suite) office building; I provide internet connectivity to my tenants as one of our building's services. I need a good router that will play nice (802.1q) with a smart or managed switch and let me have separate VLANs and separate DHCP pools for each office suite.

We currently have a 22Mbs/5Mbs cable connection. I expect the maximum number of connected devices in our building would be about 75-100 (40 computers; 15 printers; 25 VOIP).

I don't want to pay for or manage lots of UTM features. A basic SPI firewall is enough for us. I may use VPN functionality on a limited basis just for my own property management and personal use with a server I keep onsite.

My first and second priorities are stability. I'm not always on site and a trip across town to paperclip a frozen router is not always an option.

Based on SNB reviews I've been considering the following:
- Zyxel USG200 - faster version of the well reviewed USG100
- Netgear SRX5308 - lifetime warranty + fast enough for the future but I've seen some reports of instability with early firmware versions on this forum.
- Zyxel USG100 - may be under powered for our size building & too slow if we get a faster pipe

I love the SNB reviews and user forums; I've learned a lot on this site. Thanks in advance for your helpful suggestions.

No Linksys solution?

I've ready all the SNB reviews for Linksys devices that support VLAN but can't find anything but the RSV4000 that doesn't seem fast enough for our connection. Does anyone know a Linksys product that would work for us?

+1 for the SRX5308

I have been using these extensively with Multiple vendor large Chassis Switch's and I haven't run into any issues yet. Currently using Cisco HP and Nortel Networks switches for mixed L2/L3 routing configuration.
I have multiple VPN devices on far sides connected to them with very reliable results including other Netgear Products. They are compatible with cisco ASA/ Microsoft ISA servers and other devices as well.
