VPN cant use resources

Hi guys,

Ill quick.

I can connect to my W2003 PPTP Tunnel into work, I get IP addres everything. If i try to ping somewhere in the world some addres for example. 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) IT works.
I try traceroute and the packet travels through the vpn and from there through local provider network so I am definitely in.
I can ping my VPN ip from inside network. But I cant ping something in VPN network. For example server IP: 192.168.0.103 can Ping my VPN ip no problem. But I cant ping 192.168.0.103. ? Any help ? Could be just some bad settings so the NIC cant send packet through second NIC to acces local network ? I dont know , Im basically doing witchcraft right now.

Have you tried to actually connect to a share, open an RDP session or something else? In otherwords, don't rely solely on a ping because it might be blocked somewhere.
