VPN Rules

Hi,

I am trying to setup my VPN policy rules to allow for comms to BBC iplayer to see my WAN ip in the UK rather than my VPN. I thought i had it right but its not working.
Here is what i get when i run 'ip rule show'

0: from all lookup local
1001: from 192.168.1.230 lookup main
1002: from 192.168.1.202 lookup main
1003: from 192.168.1.0/24 to 212.58.224.0/19 lookup main
1101: from 192.168.1.0/24 lookup ovpnc1
32766: from all lookup main
32767: from all lookup default

any advice?
