Have Qualcomm or Broadcom already announced any AV2-compliant chip?

Not to my knowledge. Highest performance right now is via non standard 500Mbps HomePlug AV.

Nevertheless, I'd have preferred a monolithic chipset like the Broadcom BCM60321.
