no I dont. Same as you, the problem solved temporary by turning WAN on and off.But I turn off and on the WAN only from the router GUI. I do not physically turn off and on the ONT. Did you have that too? However, did you have to turn off/on the ONT?
Again, I am not sure is it a AC86U problem or an ISP problem.
