Weird Messages on RT-AC66U

I am getting these messages in the log file. There is no Linux or Mac running anywhere on this network. Do you think the network is being compromised?

The error message indicates there is a missing security parameter for ntlvm2 with a Samba share. See this post: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-840743-start-0.html

Are you using the same user account on your Samba share as you are when trying to set up the share on our AC66?

Alternatively, if you're not intending to set up a Samba share, then you probably want to just go into the GUI, go to "USB Application-->Network Place (Samba Share)-AI Cloud" and turn off the Samba share altogether. That should stop the messages completely.

Yup, the Samba share was enabled, I do not plan to use Samba so I will keep monitoring it. Thank you!

I have just started getting this on my RT-AC88U

since i put my RT-AC66U in AP mode on the lan
before the RT-AC66U it was fine
