First time going to use Merlin firmware for GT-AX11000 currently running Current Version : 3.0.0.4.386_46065-ge51f2dc. What is the easiest best way to flash Merlin firmware? Approximate flash time for GT-AX11000?

You upgrade like it was any other OEM firmware, using the GUI.

Installation

Third party firmware for Asus routers (newer codebase) - RMerl/asuswrt-merlin.ng

Like any firmware, check the release notes in the firmware ZIP file in case there are any special instructions or concerns.

Might take 10 mins or so for the upgrade to complete (depends on the router).
