What's waking up my readyNas NV+?

I have my NAS set to spin down the drives after certain amount of time. At times, it spins up unexpectedly.

Is there a way to log exactly what packet or what not from where is waking up my NAS?

Unplug the Ethernet cable and see if it stays spun down. If so, the culprit is from the network; otherwise it's an internal app in the NAS.
