When upgrading the firmware on the RT N-66

is there a procedure to follow , some of the routers have some voodoo procedures hold button for 30 sec , hop on one foot for 20 sec , stare at the sun , and so on .
Can I just use the update feature in the browser window and be done ? With my NG 3700 I used the update feature with no ill effects , yet others had all kinds of problems and had to resort to the voodoo procedures .
How to update the rt n 66 ?
