Which Events Rewrite DNSFilter IPTable Rules?

I have a custom script (service-event-end) that runs for the start dnsfilter and restart dnsfiter events to tweak the DNSFilter iptable rules just a little. However, every few weeks my tweaks disappear. It seems like there is another event (other that the two I already look for) that must be rewriting the DNSFilter iptable rules. Does anyone know what event or events that might be? Any chance the restart wan_if event rewrites the DNSFilter iptable rules?

DNSDirector restarts the firewall, so firewall-start would be the place to insert any customization.
