Which of these are my best option for cheap NAS solution?

New Around Here
I just bought a patriot box office media player and a go flex home 2TB drive. In this whole process Ilearned about NAS (3 days worth of knowledge). I would now like to consider a solution to stream media to the player and looking at the follow.

1) Go Flex Net v/s Addonics NAS2XUS v/s pogo plug I don't want to sacrifice speed, and like the idea of the pogoplug internet access to files. Is there a performance difference between these devices? It seem in this article the seagate showed loss of speed, and I have heard the pogoplug is worse but not sure if this or true or why. So if you had to choose one which and why?

2) I would also like to use download NZB files and extract them without having my PC on, does anyone know if any of the listed options above will allow me to do that? sabnzb software

3) Lastly if I have to get a real NAS I think I will go with the DS211j are there any other good bang for the buck solutions that will allow me to
a) Stream to my media player
b) Download and extract NZB files while my PC is off
c) Backup my HD
d) Access files remotely?

Thanks for your input.
