HI all,

I am in the process of buying a TP Link ER707 router. The mail reasoning behing this is to have notifications when one wan fails.
I currenlty have two fibre suppliers and the Asus router does not notify you via push notifications or email.

I currently have 150 - 200 clients with 55% of these clinets on wifi and majority are IOT devices.
I have a TP LINK SG3428XPP-M2 v1.20 network switch
TP LINK OC200 controller
7 BR3600 Asus mesh routers

What setup would you recommend.

Setup A
ONT 1 and 2 connected into the TP Link ER707
TP link TP Link ER707 into WAN port of the ASUS BE98 ( Asus to do all routing etc)
ASUS BE98 set in Wireless router mode / AiMesh Router mode (Default)
Asus to switch / mesh routers

Setup B
ONT 1 and 2 connected into the TP Link ER707
TP link TP Link ER707 into network switch ( TP LINK to do all routing etc)
ASUS BE98 set to Access Point(AP) mode / AiMesh Router in AP mode

Im not sure which route to go with. I was thinking of trying Option B but dont want to go down a rabit hole if its not worth it.
