I almost have your configuration.. I have two Xbox One's and one 360. All three are working just fine with my Asus AC87R running Merlin's firmware. One thing I did do was "not" checking the "Xbox" option on the settings. One other thing is that all my XBoxes are wired.

What is merlins firmware? What do you mean check the option on Xbox ?[/QUOTE

Many people update their firmware with 3rd party versions to unlock features and remove bugs that are present in the OEM version of the firmware. Merlin takes the AUSUS factory firmware and enhances it to allow other applications such as SNMP support and other customization.

Inside his firmware there is a setting to allow better XBOX compatibility with those that have a partial NAT issue on their Xbox's. I don't use that feature.

So are you saying if I was to use this router with 2 or more Xbox consoles I'll have NAT issues right out the box.

No I am saying for me I have no issues with 3 xbox's and connecting to online gaming. Your usage may vary from mine so anything is possible depending on our home network, internet provider, games you play, etc. There are a lot of variables.

Successful open-nat on multiple clients right out of the box is a bit of a mixed bag. Many models and firmwares don't properly implement uPNP, and as a result open-nat is pretty much unachievable with those units "out-of-the-box". Here's an interesting reddit post concerning just what you're looking to do -- and a list of models supposedly capable of doing it.

Also, for just a few xboxes, I bet you could get away with N-class wifi, as opposed to AC.

If you're comfortable flashing and lightly configuring third-party firmware, then there are pretty well documented success stories using Tomato on pre-ARM Broadcom-based models like the WNR3500Lv2 or RT-N66U, with uPNP turned on.

If you don't want to monkey with third-party firmware, then I'd look to the list I linked to, and being willing to try, fail, exchange and retry ad nauseum. GL! :)
