Which to believe?

Hi all,

Inssider reports link speeds of 217 and 75 Mbps for my 2.4 & 5 GHz frequencies respectively. However, Network Utility on my Mac reports them as 216 and 450 Mbps.

There are two other 5 GHz SSID's in the neighborhood and Inssider reports 450 Mbps for both of them.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this kind of discrepancy and what might be causing it.
