If I use whitelist on lan to wan with following ports then my Internet is much much faster (also streams in youtube) and I don´t know why? I would like to understand why it´s faster or is it placebo?
My Router: Asus Rt-N56 U
Ports:
Destination ports:
80 TCP
443 TCP
127 UDP
53 TCP + UDP
1935 TCP (is it needed for streaming?)
and for my xbox:
xbox IP and Destination Ports:
3074 TCP + UDP
88 UDP
If I enable it. My Internet is much faster than before - even youtube streaming is much better but why?
Is this setting ok? Or do I miss something? I´m new to these things
