Why does Thecus not have their own section but Qnap and Synology do?

I was just wondering why Thecus does not have their own section on the forums but Qnap and Synology do have their own sections?

Thanks.

Neither do NETGEAR, Buffalo or others. Just depends on the volume of posts.

Maybe people don't post because they don't see the appropriate forum for the product the have a question about? Just a guess. I thought Thecus was about the same size company as Qnap and Synology?

So Qnap and synology are more popular and sell more NAS units than do Buffalo and Netgear?

I don't know anything about NAS until recently and I ended up buying both a Buffalo and a Netgear readynas and thinking of getting a Thecus N7700 if they come down in price.

I know that the Readynas by Netgear/infrant has almost a cult following. People even are design software on the Readynas to display caller ID on the LCD screen, talk to their Car, all sorts of crazy stuff.

I do think the other NAS should have their own spot on the forum unless perhaps the buffalo forums, nas central and readynas.com are taken up all the demand for these particular NAS systems? I'm not sure, just my 2 cents.
