Why have 2 sign in the icon of clients list?

I think one MAC Address mean one client.Look at above pic, you can notice 2 sign,what's that means?
 
Did you hover the mouse pointer over that "2"? The answer is in the tool-tip (2 devices connected through that MAC address).
 
Yeah, you'll get this with APs and similar. This is how my bridge shows up.
