Why is the DDNS function automatically switched off?

I noticed that when I change the password or a few hours pass, the DDNS function is automatically deactivated. What is the reason for this? What should I set to prevent this from happening?

Asus TUF 3000V2 - gnuton firmware and I use default Asus.com DDNS service.
