WIFI issues with devices

No matter what settings I do with 2.4Ghz it always time out like this totally random.
It's called Ambivision Pro + Magiclink device that it's a wifi camera watching the screen and leds behind tv light.
I had MikroTik and didn't have this kind of issue. only with the Asus AXE16000 it happening and it interrupt the smoothness of the light.

They are very close and nothing on the way.
I tried all kinda of settings, it works fine with WPA + TKIP all the security things off. but it doesn't fix those timeouts . it can be 20000 packets fine but then it will have like those
once before when I got the router it was much worse, all devices had high pings jumps from 1ms to 1000 suddenly , but I fixed it with disabling things and maybe fixes in the firmware.

1. Did you setup everything from scratch or just import your settings over again after returning to the factory firmware?
2. Have you tried using a different 2.5GHz channel?

You are fighting with this ASUS router for 6 months. Now you know - MikroTik to ASUS is a downgrade. Specs on paper and user experience are unrelated. MikroTik to better MikroTik is eventually an upgrade.

it's an old mikrotik not supported 10GB .. my WAN is 5GB so I didn't have a choice. it's 1500$ for mikrotik or 300$ for asus.

I didn't try from scratch but I did have this issue since the begining, even worse, now it works but with those weird packet loss.
I tried all channels, none matter much, it would be sometimes 1ms-3ms but randomly go up and then start packet loss. I am not sure if it's the device it self but I have another exact device and it happens there too. with the mikrotik there was no packet loss. just those ping jump which doesn't really affect how it works as long there is no full packet loss

Some IoT devices do not like 20/40 or 40 MHz set on the 2.4 GHz. So, set your 2.4 GHz to 20 MHz bandwidth on a fixed channel (1, 6 or 11 recommended most times) with WPA or WPA2-Personal encryption. It may be best to set a guest WIFI for this light show device. I tried to go to the Ambivision web site for more info but got a security warning. You may want to reconsider using this product....

yes those are the settings I am using alread I tried tkip and aes .
still testing with mikrotik .
there is no other thing that close to the price. Philips costs a fortune only 3x sides not 4x and you need to plug HDMI . this is wifi so I can use it on my projector screen too .she kinda said she don't support the business anymore so I am not sure if someone take care of the site.. the camera has its firmware like pi device so I not sure much about security ... security doesn't mind for the moment

Are you sure that when you enable TKIP/AES it is really working? Check the radio's SSID using a Wi-Fi analyzer to see if it actually reports seeing TKIP. I know that on my AX88 Pro running Merlin's firmware that even when I select the option for TKIP/AES the radio when viewed from a WiFI analyzer is just showing AES. I know that the analyzer can identify TKIP/AES SSIDs as I can see some of my neighbors using this dual protocol as well as on the AP I had to setup just for my old Honeywell thermostat.

I will check but for now it actually works AES On the Mikrotik. When I tried to use TKIP on the Mikrotik, it didn't want to connect. Let's say it only connects AES.
