I'd be keen to try the kids wifi... my kids are glued to their screens, drives me crazy... apple screen time by itself doesn't cut it, they always find a screen...
 
Likely not. Pro variants should. Which router do you have?
As for the kids, just be a parent. No need for fancy stuff just take the devices.
