Windows server 2008

Hi.

I don't see RAID option in windows 2008.

Do you have to all drives the exact same size for the option to show up.

On my test computer, I have a 750GB hard drive and a 1TB hard drive.

The windows 2008 software never gives me an option to do the RAID setup.

Please let me know

Thanks for your help.

If it is like other versions of windows the disks will need to be converted to dynamic disks via the Disk Management Extension. Just type in dynamic disks into google for more info. The other option is if your motherboard supports RAID. In this case usually you would have separate software that would be used to setup the RAID array.
