Wireguard VPN soon?

Hey all.

Is Wireguard VPN being supported by Merlin in future firmware?
If yes , is it restricket to new hardware? In that case which routers?
Is it possible to set up now for an old 68U like mine?
Or should I buy a new one?

You will need a newer kernel base > version 3.10.. the only 2 routers have kernels to support wireguard (RT-AC86U and RT-AX88U)

Thanks. So for now it will be wait and see - I will buy minimum an AX next time and only one choose from.... ?? (And no AX clients so far)
