wl driver adapter not found + No MAC address on 5Gh net

On My RT-AC3100 router (Last ASUS FW) 5Gh net always disabled.
No MAC address on 5Gh net.
on [wl -i eth2 status] query got following response [wl: wl driver adapter not found].

Is it hardware problem? or something in I can done to solve it?
