WPS & MAC Filtering

bithead

New Around Here
If using MAC address filtering to ACCEPT connections from addresses in the list, if a new device wants to join a Guest network, the new device should be rejected. In this case, can/will WPS override the MAC filters? Could it be configured to add the new device to the whitelist?

I realize this is sloppy security at best, but in a home network, it may not be a big deal. And without it, it seems that MAC filtering and Guest networks will forever be at odds if every new guest requires a new MAC address entry to be manually entered.
