Why am I unable to get this much throughput on my Asus AC-88U wifi compared to Xfinity gateway?
I have similar RSSI levels for both, and the AC-88U had a higher link speed. All tests were on 5ghz, same channel and channel width, and only 1 connected device during testing. No QOS, HW accel enabled, on the Asus
Xfinity XB-7 w/ 31 channels downstream SNR: 37 and no OFDM
Asus AC-88U + Netgear CM2000 w/ 31 channels downstream + 1 OFDM SNR: 39
