XT8 WiFi upload speeds with Verizon Fios?

What speeds are you getting with XT8 WiFi uploads with Verizon Fios? I'm on a 500/500 plan and can only get 264 Mbps upload. Wired, I get 558 Mbps upload.
 
The latest firmware seems to have fixed the issue. I went back to the default setup and get 512/483 via WiFi
