Yandex DNS presence on System status screen

@RMerlin Yandex.DNS entry on System status was not present before 386:

I have never configured Yandex, this entry wasn't present there before 386. Some cosmetic issue i guess?
And also - minor cosmetic issue i guess or maybe i am just not remembering how it was before:

Was Status always connected to WiFi instead of Internet? Just wondering
