Zen Wifi AX - Idle time out?

Hello folks,
Looking at Admin System settings, I find Idle time out set to 20 min.
I did not select this a.k.a. a default setting.
Can some one educate me on :
A. What is timing out? Not sure what this is all about.
B. Is this the best setting ( if I come to know what it actually does )

It's the amount time a terminal connection to the router can remain idle before being disconnected. As you have both Telnet and SSH disabled this setting is irrelevant.
