Zhone 6729 W1 NA Gateway setup questions

Has anyone setup a Zhone 6729 gateway?
I have been trying to setup for centurylink (qwest) but my ISP has no idea how to since they recommended the gateway to me. Any help is greatly appreciated,

They recommended the device but can't assist in setting it up?

Correct, they told me that is the modem to buy and now I cannot find a technician to help me set it up. I tried talking to Zhone and was told for tech support I had to contact the ISP or place of purchase,did both no results.

That is truly unfortunate. Can you return it?

I was able to return it but I am looking for a adsl2 bonding modem again.
