Hi to all
I've just updated firmware to the latest Merlin's revision 3.0.0.4.270.24.
I try to reach Transmission from the Wan but i wasn't able.
After some test i understand that firewall scripts has been deleted.
I try to edit it again but i wasn't able to create scripts dir in jffs
Read-only file system.

What's the problem?
Try to format jfss partition and redo all?

Thanks to all in advnace

Try to format jfFs partition and redo all?
Hi,

Firmware updates can destroy the JFFS partition as the whole flash memory might be re-partitioned (based on the size of the firmware).

Just re-enable JFFS and also click "format on next reboot" (on the Administration / System page) and it should work again. Maybe you need to enable/disable it more the once - with reboots in between.

By the way:
You posted this into the wrong section. JFFS is only supported in the Merlin version of the firmware - so you post/question should go into the right section of the forum.

With kind regards
Joe
