ASUS N56U firmware asus pulling/rolling back firmware

just now i just check download page, checking whether new fw or not
but not sure what happen seems they removed all few months back latest firmware (all those "japan only" fw)

and at the time i check, the latest one is :
ASUS RT-N56U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.378.4850
Release note:
- Add DDNS support method and tutorials on web interface when DDNS is not able to use in some areas.

MD5：738e66474f9ebc8b0fe4350ed6b8b08d

while atm i am using 3.0.0.4.378_6117
not sure if its better i am rolling back or stay

i know there few issue in this firmware, such not classA ip (10.*.*.*) if set to LAN, user cant login to admin panel

those 6xxx are gone (dunno why), 7xxx were impossible to install and 8xxx are still not available, what a sad story

one of the problems in 3.0.0.4.378_6117 is that I cannot switch between 2.4 and 5 GHz. I use 10.0.0.*.

try change lan ip to 192.168.*.* and check if it fix your issue
the other way is to rollback to previous firmware

i also used 10.*.*.* but have issue with login screen, and changing lan to 192.168.*.* fix it

resetting to factory settings was necessary. 192.168.*.* is working all right. Thanks.
