Hello.

Using Time machine on the Asus RT-AC3200 I get some weird messages.
Its a 3TB USB3.0 disk, using NTFS (tried EXT4 but it freezed my router too many times)
Where can I get the files the router says are missing. or does anyone have a copy so I can create them?

There's some info in the threads http://www.snbforums.com/threads/how-to-set-up-rt-timemachine-server.25368/
and http://www.snbforums.com/threads/having-trouble-connecting-with-afp.27343/ . If you figure out better answers, please add to the first of those threads.

I think we can ignore the "not an adouble file" messages. My hypothesis is the router's Samba server creates those files, then the Apple Filing Protocol (AFP) software warns that they aren't "Apple double" files (i.e. Mac data fork + resource fork).

More worrisome are OOM messages and connection errors:
Jan 7 21:29:34 afpd[8062]: afp_disconnect: primary reconnect failed
Jan 7 21:29:35 afpd[8062]: dsi_stream_read: len:0, unexpected EOF
