ASUS RT-AC87U VPN Server not starting

Hi,
what I have:
Firmware:378.54_2n on RT-AC87U
jffs enabled
ssh enabled
Entware enabled (samba is running there; works fine)
Debian enabled (fhem; smarthomeserver running there; works fine)
DNNS via asuscomm.com (works fine...)

What I want: VPN Access to RT-AC87U (only; but not "behind")

Problem:
Neigher PPTP VPN Server nor OpenVPN Server (both build in) seems to start

Concentrating on OpenVPN:
1) In OpenVPN Tab, this message comes to an end (even after 1h)
Initialinzing the settings of OpenVPN server now, please wait a few minutes to let the server to setup completed before VPN clients establish the connection
2) ps w | grep vpn shows no entry
3) Systemprotokoll after switching on the OpenVPN server:
Jul 17 13:41:34 rc_service: httpd 475:notify_rc restart_chpass;restart_vpnserver1
Jul 17 13:41:34 rc_service: waitting "restart_nasapps" via ...
Jul 17 13:42:04 rc_service: skip the event: restart_chpass;restart_vpnserver1.
4) Tap Status: All Servers stopped

The skip the "rc_service:event" also comes up for the PPTP Server case

What I'm doning wrong?

Under 1) missed to add "never" -> comes never to an end....
