Can two LANs coexist on the same ethernet cable infrastructure?

Two routers provide different LAN address spaces. 1) Gateway address 192.168.0.1 with clients on the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet 2)Gateway address 10.0.0.1 with clients on the 10.0.0.0/24 subnet. Each router has its own connection to the internet. Neither router provides DHCP. Router 1 is connected to a switch that has many connections to various clients whose IP addresses are in the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet. Can Router 2 be connected to the same switch so that some new clients in the the 10.0.0.0/24 subnetcan connect to it?

If DHCP is disabled on both and security isn't your concern, then yes they can co-exist with the details you have provided. Broadcasts will be seen by all clients.

you can have the entire internet and more to coexist on the same wire/physical infrastructure. Thats literally way too many networks including the entire 0.0.0.0/0 and ipv6 as well.

The best way to handle multiple networks in the same switch and on the same wire is with VLANs. This way DHCP will work correctly.
