cant revert back to stock asus firmware

Hi i have a little issue with my ASUS AC56U that when i was trying to improve the wireless performance i decided to give the Merlin firmware a shot but it has been causing me some issue and not it will not let me revert back to the asus wrt firmware only to other version of the Merlin firmware and i even tried a factory reset, anyone one have any suggestions

Try flashing a recent 376_xxxx version from Asus first, as the newer 378 version is too big and requires a 64MB-aware version to be already present.
