That link is for a different model, RT-AC5300.Despite two attempts to upgrade to firmware 384.14.2 (link) the router continues to indicate 318.13. Any suggestions to enable firmware upgrade is appreciated.
If it's still not updating the firmware maybe your router isn't a genuine Asus-branded model, in which case you're on your own.@ColinTaylor Thanks for catching the error: link updated to

It's a well known limitation of the Network Map that it only shows devices on the router's main subnet and with a hard-coded subnet mask of /24. But that's not the same issue described by the OP.I think it`s a limitation of the interface and it shows only devices in the same subnet.
