RT-AC3200 Norton DNS problems

Hi All,

RR-AC3200 Merlin 380.66_6

Since Sunday morning 2nd July 2017, been having problems with Norton connect safe service within DNS filtering within router control panel??

Global filter mode has always been set to "Norton Children" mode now the kids PS4 & PS3 will not connect to PSN and some of there games on the tables have also stop working.

If I change there DNS from Norton Children to custom 8.8.8.8 alls well, I've tried all the Norton selections: safe, family & Children they all have the same issue?!?

Any pointers on how to resolve this issue??

Could be an issue with Norton's servers if other servers work fine. Nothing that can be done about it.
