I've just completely defaulted my RT-AC68U due to numerous disconnection issues with any firmware since 3004-378-4585. I've also used the Merlin 380.57 version and getting some strange log events, something that I've not seen before and wonder what it is thats causing it.

This is just a small section of the log but seems to be filling up every few minutes with the same devices

Did you reset the router to factory default after changing firmware versions? If you haven't you should..

I defaulted it through the browser before I updated the Firmware but noticed it remembered my sign in details so I pressed the reset button on the back for 5 secs then everthing was factory default.

This was going on before you upgraded firmware? The devices in the logs, are they wired, or wireless devices?

They are all wireless devices connected, it may have occurred previously but not with the same frequency.

If it was me, I would reflash the router to the firmware you are running, if that's the firmware you want to run then, once again, reset to factory default (using the reset button). And then check the logs. It may also be a matter of re-positioning your router to a more central location(?) in your environment.
