Hello all!

I have my RT-AC88U for a month now and am having a lot of trouble with IPv6 on this router. I had IPv6 setup before on AC87U and AC68U and IPv6 had be very stable on those routers.

But on the AC88U, IPv6 traffic will stop passing thru the AC88u after a random period of them. This happens on both 6in4 (with Tunnelbroker.net) and also dhcpv6-pd from my ISP. If using DHCPv6-pd from my ISP, I can see that AC88u will lose its ipv6 address when the router stops passing IPv6 traffic. With 6in4, ipv6 traffic will just stop and pinging the router's ipv6 address will get no response.

Nothing but a reboot will fix this. And this happens on ASUSWRT 3.0.0.4.380.1354 and Merlin's 380.57.

Am I the only one with this problem?

The RT-AC88U is a work in progress.

Try signing up for the beta or alpha builds and see if it helps, if you want to, of course.
