Any idea what causes this to show up in the log.

It was discussed here as well:

The messages you see come from computers that you "move" into your wireless network that came from another wireless network (e.g. you take your work laptop from your work and open it again at home).
The computer tries to take the shortcut and like to re-use the IP address of that other network.
Restart the computer or renew the IP address should fix the problem.

Meaningful title for opening a thread: Rt-n66u ? - is not! Yoda would say.

Thanks, that makes sense. I did edit the title yesterday. However, it still shows as RT-N66U. Sorry about that.

I just edited the thread title for you, using your original post title.

Those entries usually mean that you have devices on your network that have an assigned IP address that doesn't fit that of your router. Potential causes:

1) You have more than one DHCP server on your LAN (which is a big no-no)
2) Those clients were previously connected to a different network, with a different IP
3) You have your wifi wide open, and you have neighbours trying to connect to it (check the MAC addresses in that log to determine if they really belong to one of your devices)
