smcnas04 Problems!!

Hi,
I have a smcnas04 with "Middleware version: AG_NAS_V2.1" connected to a windows lan. I want to copy from a windows server 2003
It was working fine until two months and since then when i try copy a file to NAS i get this error.
"It can <copy filename>. The specified network name is no longer available"
Some body help me?¿

Sorry but m'y NAS it is blocked on zerodisk and when i want configure I can not configure my nas.
when I click on my configure NAS it appears a new window but imposible log as root
i want update my firmware with 2.1 and i'm dont have version version firmware in windows utility
