Hi,
the modem in question is a tp-link TD-8817 v7 (updated to the latest firmware).
I set it on bridge mode, but not sure about all of the other (many!) settings.
I need please some help.
On a side note: after bridging the modem and connecting to the router I'm not able to access the router config page anymore (but I can access the modem one still!).. not sure how this is happening.
The bridged modem is connected now to the WAN port of Synology RT600ac router.

Back to the settings...
The modem let me set ATM QOS: on UBR now.
Encapsulation: 1483 Briged IP LCC
Dynamic route: RIP2-B (RIM2-M available)
Direction: Both
Multicast: IGMP v2 (v3 available)
Do I need the firewall and SPI enable? Firewall is disable (by default on the router and I don't know how to set rules in case)
NAT is set on virtual circuit PVC0 and NAT status is Deactivated.
QOS is Deactivated.
VLAN is Deactivated.
ADSL is on Auto Sync-up and ADSL type on ANNEX A/I/JL/M
Bitswap and SRA are Enabled.

ACL is Acivated and looks like this:

DDNS is Deactivated.
CWMP is Deactivated.
DHCP is Enabled.
UPNP is Disabled.

Filter page looks like this:

Should I change any of this settings please?
Previously my connection to the Internet was unusable... I just reset the modem and put a new router.
I'm trying to find out where the problem was. The router I had before had the firewall on, maybe it was conflicting with the one on the modem? Or maybe the Adatptive QOS wasn't set properly (Asus router). Both router were updated to the latest firmware and and a full reset was done before applying some basic (WIFI/Internet) settings.

Many thanks :)
