I bought a new TEW-826DRU to replace a Netgear router. This is connected to an ARRIS SurfBoard modem to TWC Spectrum.
I set it up today and within the first 60 minutes both wired & wi-fi connections dropped and you could not reach the router admin page. Had to cycle the power. Came back up fine. Then did the same within 30 minutes so pulled it out to do some research. It has the latest firmware.
The router's LEDs were showing both wi-fi frequencies were active. Same for internet connection so I'm thinking potentially faulty unit?
